A SPORTS complex has introduced a new junior membership with increased benefits.
Frinton Lawn Tennis Club, in Holland Road, has just revealed its tennis coaching affiliate membership for youngsters looking to take to the courts.
The new offer starts from £43 per child for six weeks and includes access to club facilities, reduced rates for 1-2-1 junior coaching, free social sessions and a sports t-shirt.
Those who sign-up will also benefit from free entry to the Club Junior Championships, discounts on non-alcohol drinks at the bar, and half an hour parent play sessions from Sundays to Friday 3.30pm until 5pm.
Pete Richmond, the head coach of the club, said: “We have been working closely with the tennis committee at the club to develop a new junior membership package that’s inviting and full of fun opportunities.
“Children can join the membership scheme and benefit from reduced coaching fees and all the other benefits.
"They can also attend the coaching program with us paying a top-up fee each term and become affiliate members, again benefitting from the junior hub we are building.
“We’re so thankful to have Clacton Pier on board and to see so many of our coached juniors now playing more tennis and spending more time at the club.
"We want to make sure as many people hear about it and can access it as possible.”
The club plans to host a giveaway featuring the membership in the coming weeks.
