FC CLACTON have silverware in their sights after securing a place in this season's Tolleshunt D'Arcy Memorial Cup final.
The Seasiders will now play Tendring neighbours Brightlingsea Regent after eliminating Wivenhoe Town in tonight's semi-final at the GMP Plant Hire Stadium.
Wayne Chapman's strike separated the sides at half-time before Jake Plane netted twice in the second period to wrap up a 3-0 victory.
Brightlingsea went through after a remarkable 9-4 win against Springfield last Tuesday.
A date is yet to be confirmed for the final, although it is understood the game will be played at Brightlingsea's Taydal Stadium.
Heybridge Swifts are the current holders of the Tolleshunt D'Arcy Memorial Cup.
They won it for the third season in a row last April after beating Hullbridge Sports 3-1.
