Frinton set for cricket spectacle
FRINTON is preparing for what could be one of the town’s best-ever cricket weeks.
The showpiece annual event gets under way on Sunday, with a match between the host club and the Graham Gooch Essex Academy.
The match starts at 11am, while other highlights throughout the week include matches between a President’s XI and the Gents of Essex, T20 club day – including a ladies’ match – and the Gents of Essex facing a Caribbean XI.
