LADY captain Julia Hewett welcomed teams from far and wide for Clacton Golf Club’s annual and popular Mixed Open.
The winners were Graham and Susan Drysdale, from Colne Valley Golf Club.
In second were Bryan and Pearl Powell, from Benton Hall, and in third were Barry and Gill Larcombe, from The Essex.
In the morning nine holes, the winners on the front nine were David and Angela Key, from Ipswich Golf Club, and the back nine honours went to Alan and Erica Halbrain, from Mardyke Valley.
