Ladies Group
ON October 18, there was a talk by Christopher Yule, called the Changing Face of the Criminal Justice Scene.
He started his career by working for the defence and later changed to prosecuting in Suffolk. He told members how many of the smaller courts had been closed down in East Anglia.
The next meeting will be on November 15, 7.30pm in the Parish Room, when Margaret Stewart will show how to make cake decorations. Visitors welcome.
Parish Council
THE Parish Council intends to hold a public meeting early in November to consider future development in Little Clacton. The framework for the next 15 to 20 years includes many acres of land in the village and adjoining land. If you are concerned about this watch the Parish Council notice boards for details.
