ON October 12, the committe arranged a harvest supper for the evening. They served a variety of soups and apple pie with cream. This was followed by a quiz about flowers and vegetables and the competition was for the longest apple peel - the winner Diane Hogg achieving 49 inches.
Arrangements were made for the group quiz, carol service and early ideas for a Christmas Lunch.
The meeting next month, on November 9 will have a talk and demonstration by Lindsey Hurrell and friends about Canine Partners, in Little Clacton village hall, at 7.30pm - visitors made welcome.
