THERE was lots of catching up to do at the February meeting, the January meeting having been cancelled.

Music man Ray Smith demonstrated an array of musical instruments from around the world.

After tea, the ladies heard that their pianist, Barbara had died and that several members were poorly, including the president, Dawn, who is currently in hospital.

The overall winner for last years competitions was Chris, with Janet and Brenda runners-up.

The ladies meet again on March 18, 11am, for a craft day. The competition will be for flowers arranged in an egg cup.
