ROADS across north and mid Essex are due to close for up to three weeks for roadworks.
Harwich Road, Little Clacton, will be closed from about 290m north east of Tan Lane for about 125m for five days from May 13 while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
Pork Lane, Great Holland, will be closed from about 315m north west of Main Road for about 335m for 12 days from May 13 while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
Cherry Tree Avenue, Clacton, will be closed between West Road and Arnold Road for six days from May 2 while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
St Johns Road, Clacton, will be closed for 175m heading east from the St Johns roundabout for 19 days from April 29 while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
Belle Vue Road, Wivenhoe, will be closed for about 120m heading north east from Ernest Road for 22 days from May 13 while gas main works are undertaken by Cadent.
Morten Road, Colchester, will be closed for about 30m heading west from North Station Road for three days from May 15 while new water connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
South Street, Colchester, will be closed between Chapel Street South and West Street for three days from May 14 while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
Station Road, Frating, will be closed for about 90m heading north west from Frating Road for five days from May 13 while fire hydrant repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
Errington Road, Colchester, will be closed between Butt Road and Maldon Road for six days from May 3 while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
Stour Street, Manningtree, will be closed between South Street and St Michaels Court for three days from April 29 while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
The Street, Ramsey, will be closed for about 35m heading south west from Cherry Lane for five days from April 29 while fire hydrant replacement works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
South Street, Tillingham, will be closed for about 30m heading south from Marlborough Avenue on May 12 while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
Curling Tye Lane, Woodham Walter, will be closed for about 150m heading south east from Hop Garden Lane on May 1 while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
Kelvedon Road, Little Braxted, will be closed for about 80m heading south from Heath Lane on May 9 while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
