RESIDENTS looking to find employment or improve their chances of landing a job are being urged to attend an event later this month.
The Tendring Career and Jobs Roadshow is pulling into the Asda supermarket, in Bull Hill Road, Clacton, on November 17 between 10am and 2pm.
Delivered within a touring bus, the initiative pops-up in a variety of different locations across the district every month.
The mobile hub boasts representatives of different organisations which operate within the area to help people find work.
Information about courses currently running at the likes of Colchester Institute is also made available, as well as mental health and mentoring support.
Anybody living in Tendring who is looking to take their first step back into employment or into employment for the first time is encouraged to go along.
Teenagers looking to enrol on short courses with a view of working in the health and care sector are also being invited to attend the event.
A spokesman for The Tendring Career and Jobs Roadshow said: “All the organisations involved in the roadshow have one intention in common.
“They want to help those who visit find out what help and support is available to enhance their journey into employment.”
