HEFFER Noel Frank 23.09.1925 - 17.10.2023 Sadly passed away aged 98 years. Now back in the arms of his late Wife Joy. Greatly missed by his Children Paul, Karen, Mandy, Martyn, Nicholas & Daryl and his Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren.
