BRIGHTLY Raymond Victor On 29th March suddenly near his home. Raymond of Walton-on-the-Naze, aged 84 years. Lifelong Partner of Michael, dear Brother to Joyce and Iris and sadly missed by the Brightly family. Due to the present situation, there will be a private family funeral.
