Gordon FLAUNTY 19.10.1916 19.05.2018 101 years and 7 months Passed away peacefully at home after a wonderful life. Ex RAF (1940 1946), Ex-Councillor at CUDC (now TDC), shopkeeper, builder and publican of the Mermaid Inn and a Trustee of Golf Green Hall, Jaywick. Gordon was much loved and will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral to be held at Weeley Crematorium at 11 am on Thursday 21st June. No flowers please, but donations in Gordon's memory to Essex Air Ambulance or St Helena Hospice c/o Titford Funeral Services, 56 Frinton Road, HOLLAND ON SEA, CO15 5UW.
