FRANK HOWLETT A lifelong Clactonian passed away at St Helena Hospice after a long and brave fight, aged 90. Greatly loved Dad to Sue and Ray, much loved partner to Avril, adored Grandad to Sarah and Steve and Great Grandad to James and Oliver. Will be greatly missed. A celebration of his life will be held at Weeley Crematorium on Friday February 2nd at 11am. No flowers but donations if desired, to St Helena Hospice c/o P G Oxley, 43 High Street, Walton.
