WILLIAMS Caroline (née Wiggins) It is with sadness to announce the death of Caroline, youngest Daughter of Jean and the late Ronald Wiggins. Dearly loved Wife of Gary and dearly loved Mum to Mellissa and Catherine. Passed away peacefully in hospital in Rhyl, North Wales on 6th October. She will be missed by everyone, especially her Grandchildren. Memorial service to be announced.
