CHESTER Rosemary Elizabeth 13th March 1924 - 13th June 2017 Passed away peacefully at home rising to greet a new day. Beloved Wife of the late Paul and much loved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother to the Chester clan. Funeral service at St Mary The Virgin, Old Church, Frinton, on Thursday 13th July at 12 noon. Black not required. Flowers welcome at the church or via P. G. Oxley Ltd.
