DENIS KELSEY Otherwise known as Denis Tipper On 19th March peacefully at home in Walton-on-the-Naze, Denis aged 77 years. Much loved Father of Jocelyn & Justin, loving Grandad to Chantelle, Maxim, Jack, Verity & Jamie & dear Brother to Sylvia. Funeral service on Thursday 13th April at Weeley Crematorium at 3.30pm. Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Denis may be sent to Service Dogs UK c/o P.G. Oxley Ltd, 43/47 High Street, Walton-on-the-Naze, Essex CO14 8BE. Tel. 01255 675549.
