PAYNE Brian Albert(Brian the Tiler, Payne Bros.) Passed away peacefully on 13th November 2016. Aged 74 years. Will be sadly missed by Wife Irene, Leah and Steve, Celia, Lee, Jack, Harry and by all those who knew him. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday 6th December 2016 at 12 noon at Christ Church United Reformed Church. Followed by burial at Burr's Road Cemetery. All family and friends are welcome and to join us after at Clacton Snooker Centre to celebrate his life.
