FLETCHER Roy Arthur Passed away peacefully at Colchester General Hospital on 3rd November 2016, aged 86 years. A dearly loved Husband of the late Joyce. Beloved Dad to Jeff and Graham. Father-in-Law to Mandy and Grandad to Zara, Scott and Tasmin. He will be greatly missed. Funeral service will take place on Thursday 24th November 1.15pm at Weeley Crematorium.
