HAYES Patricia Ann (Pat) Passed away peacefully on 7th August 2016. Much loved Wife of Derek and Mother of Michael, Deborah and Julia. Funeral service to be held at Weeley Crematorium on Tuesday 30th August at 12.30pm. All welcome.
