SMITH Michael John Sadly passed away on 15th May 2016, aged 75yrs. Devoted Husband to Pam, Loving Dad of Debbie and Phil. Much loved Grandad and Father-in-Law. The Funeral service will take place at Weeley Crematorium on Friday 27th May 2016 at 10.15am.
