PALMER Albert Charles Sadly passed away on 9th January 2016 aged 93 years. Beloved Husband of the late Ivy, who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 10th February 2016 at Clacton Chapel, Burrs Road at 1.15pm followed by burial in Clacton Cemetery.
