HOOKER Audrey 15-02-27 to 15-12-15 (Vicarage Gardens) Passed away peacefully, after a long illness on December 15th 2015. Dearly loved Wife of the late John, Mother to Valerie, Josie, Jackie & Pennie, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Funeral Service to take place at Weeley Crematorium on Tuesday 5th January 2015 at 2.45pm. Family flowers only, no dress code, donations if desired to Dementia UK All welcome c/o Lesley Barlow
