PALMER Ross James Cochrane Sadly passed away on 13th November 2015, aged 37 years, at Addenbrookes Hospital. Funeral Service will take place at Weeley Crematorium on Wednesday, 9th December at 11.45am. Everyone is welcome. Flowers welcome, donations preferred to Essex Air Ambulance c/o P G Oxley.
