HALES Philip John Passed away peacefully at home on 9th September 2015, aged 84 years. Retired former teacher of Colbayns High School, Clacton, loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. Service to be held at Chelmsford Crematorium on Monday 28th September at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please.
