COOK Anthony John (Tony) Passed away in hospital surrounded by his family on 21st August 2015, aged 60 years. The Husband of Lesley, beloved Father of Stuart and Andrew, Step Dad to Alex, Sam, Charlie, much loved Grandfather of Madison, Sonny, India, Freya and Brother to Sandra and Alan. Funeral Service on 4th September at 11.45am, Colchester Crematorium, Clacton Rugby Club to follow. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, payable to Macmillan Cancer Care, to R. Gwinnell.
