WELSH Sarah Passed away on 8th March 2015. She was 86 years of age. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral Service to take place at St. James' Church, Clacton-on-Sea on Monday 30th March 2015 at 10.00am. All are welcome to attend.
