JONES Hannah (Jean) Passed away in Colchester Hospital on 3rd February 2015, aged 86 years. A much loved Mum and Nan who will be sadly missed by her family and friends. The funeral service will take place at All Saints Church, Wrabness on Thursday 26th February 2015 at 11.00 am followed by burial in Oakfield Wood, Wrabness.
