CLARKE Patricia Mary 'Pat' Pat passed away peacefully on 28th November 2014 aged 94 years. A much loved Mum, Nan, Great Nan, Mother-in-law and friend. Funeral service to take place at Weeley Crematorium on Thursday 18th December 2014 at 11.45am. Donations, if desired, to 'Alzheimer's Society.'
