WILLIAMS Cicely Passed away on 27th October 2014 aged 81 years. Now at peace with her beloved Bill. Sadly missed by Daughters Thelma, Georgina and all her Family and Friends. Funeral service to take place at Clacton Chapel, Burrs Road, on Friday 7th November at 11am followed by a burial in Clacton Cemetery. Family flowers only please. If desired donations can be made care of the family to help purchase equipment for the Kate Grant Ward at Clacton Hospital.
