CLACTON celebrates its 20th air show with a double whammy by the world famous Red Arrows.
Clacton air show fans can look forward to breathtaking displays from the best loved aerobatic display team on both days of the town’s summertime air show.
The team has now been officially signed up to show off its daredevil skills over the seafront on August 25 and 26.
The Red Arrows are a huge pull for thousands of all ages who line the seafront each year and this year they will be flying a new nine plane formation.
Tendring District Council who organise the event, are delighted to have them returning for two spectacular performances for the third year in succession.
Tourism and Marketing Manager, Sarah Daniels said that it is always a milestone in the planning of the event to have the Red Arrows on board.
“The team is an integral part of any air show and to have them both days is great news for everyone, especially if they can only get to one of the days,” she said.
